SQL: Bulk import

Bulk import (save file.txt as csv): LOAD DATA INFILE 'file.txt' INTO TABLE 'tblFoo' (col1, col2, col3)

or
BULK LOAD IMPORT ('c:\file.txt') INTO TABLE 'tblFoo' (col1, col2, col3)
